Its PLLA particles degrade gradually while the surrounding tissue forms new collagen, so volume is restored progressively and skin appears firmer and smoother — a natural result rather than an immediate, overfilled appearance.
Preparation Before Use
AngelFill PLLA Filler is reconstituted immediately before use:
- Draw 5 mL of sterile water for injection.
- Inject the diluent into the vial and shake to mix.
- Allow the vial to stand for approximately 30 minutes before use.
The reconstituted suspension contains 30 mg/mL PLLA.
Treatment Areas and Injection Depth
AngelFill PLLA Filler is administered by deep dermal implantation and is intended for facial use — typically the cheeks, temples, chin, jawline and midface. It is not indicated for body, buttock or breast treatment.
Duration of Effect
Results develop gradually and last from 1 year up to 24 months. Individual results vary with age, skin quality, treatment area, number of sessions and injection technique.
Storage and Shelf Life
Shelf life is 2 years. Store at 0–30 °C. Unlike the first-generation AngelFill formulation, which required refrigerated storage, the second-generation formulation can be stored and shipped at room temperature within this range.
