Auro Threads sells factory-direct. That means the same PDO, PCL and PLLA thread lines we supply to clinics under our own brand can also carry yours. This page explains what an OEM / private-label program covers, what ships with every order, and how a program is structured — so you can evaluate it against the same due-diligence standards you would apply to any supplier.

1. What You Can Private-Label

The program covers the full absorbable-thread catalog we manufacture, across all three materials:

  • PDO threads: mono, cog (3D / 4D / 6D), barbed cog (3-1 / 4-1 / 5-1), screw, tornado, molding, multi-thread, nose, eye
  • PCL threads: mono, cog (3D / 4D / 6D), screw, tornado, molding, double-needle, nose, eye, mesh
  • PLLA threads: mono, mono-screw, cog, tornado, eye and related lines

You choose the scope — a single SKU for testing, a matched set for one treatment area, or a full protocol line. You can also run your private-label line alongside an Auro-branded order in the same shipment; the two are handled separately.

2. What Carries Your Brand

Private labeling covers the items patients and practitioners actually see:

  • Product labels and outer cartons, printed to your artwork
  • Packaging configuration (pack sizes, box style) per your specification
  • Instructions for Use (IFU) language and layout, localized where needed
  • Device specification details published under your SKU numbering

Artwork is approved before production; no branding is applied until the final version is signed off.

3. Quality & Documentation: What Ships with Every Order

OEM does not change how a product is made or documented. The same standards apply to Auro-branded and private-label lines:

  • Sterile, single-use products from CE-Marked product lines
  • Batch documentation with every shipment, for your clinic records and traceability
  • Specification details (material, gauge, length, needle type, pack size) confirmed per SKU before production

4. How an OEM Program Is Structured

  1. Inquiry — you send the thread types, gauges, lengths and branding requirements you have in mind.
  2. Specification & samples — we confirm the spec sheet and sample availability for evaluation before you commit.
  3. Branding approval — your artwork is applied to labels, cartons and IFU, and approved in draft form.
  4. Production & QC — your order runs with batch documentation assigned per lot.
  5. Shipping — direct shipment with the documentation pack.
  6. Reorder — repeat orders use your approved spec and artwork on file.

5. Minimums, Pricing and Samples

  • Minimum order quantities are set by program scope — a single thread family with simple branding has a lower minimum than a full multi-SKU line.
  • Pricing is quoted per program after the SKU list and packaging are defined; factory-direct pricing removes distribution layers.
  • Sample policy:

6. Who This Is For

The program fits three common situations:

  • Clinics and med-spa groups building a house brand instead of reselling a branded system
  • Distributors entering the thread category who want control over their own SKUs and pricing
  • Established thread brands looking for a manufacturing partner with transparent batch documentation

If you already buy Auro-branded threads wholesale and are considering private label later, the two programs can be discussed in one conversation.

7. Regulatory Note

Threads are medical devices. The buyer is responsible for registration, labelling compliance and market authorization in their own jurisdiction; we provide the batch documentation and product information needed to support that process.

FAQ

Q: Can we start with one SKU to test the market before committing to a full line?

A: Yes. Programs are structured so a single thread family or treatment set can be produced first, then expanded once it performs.

Q: Do we have to choose between Auro-branded and private-label products?

A: No. Many customers run both — an Auro line for immediate availability and a private-label line they build over time. Orders are handled separately.

Q: Which materials and thread types can be private-labeled?

A: All of them — PDO, PCL and PLLA across the mono, cog, screw, tornado, molding, multi-thread, nose and eye lines we manufacture.

Q: What documentation arrives with a private-label order?

A: The same batch documentation that ships with every Auro order, assigned to your SKU numbering.

Q: How do we start?

A: Send your thread types, target market and branding idea through the contact form or WhatsApp; you will receive a spec sheet and next steps.
