Structural Design & Mechanism of Action
The PCL Multi Thread is engineered as a multi mono thread device, in which multiple USP 5-0 PCL monofilaments are folded and loaded onto an L-type cannula. Upon insertion, the folded thread configuration penetrates into the SMAS layer, delivering accelerated mechanical stimulation to the deep tissue plane and promoting more intensive neo-collagenesis compared to single monofilament designs.

Higher thread density configuration for greater volumizing capacity and stronger collagen stimulation in deeper tissue planes
