Exosome Scalp Booster - Lyophilized for Hair & Scalp Care
MESO SECRET® EXOSOME H is a lyophilized exosome scalp booster supplied as two vials — a 120 mg exosome powder and a 6 ml active solution — that are combined immediately before use. It is built for the scalp and the hairline, where hair thinning shows first, and the pack names microneedling (MTS) as a delivery route.
Why EXOSOME H
Two vials, one formula, and an ingredient list printed in full on the pack.
- Lyophilized exosome as the core — held as a powder so it stays inert until the moment you activate it, which is what a two-year shelf life unopened is built on.
- Six named peptides alongside it — Tripeptide-1, Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3, Copper Tripeptide-1, Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17, Myristoyl Hexapeptide-16 and Acetyl Hexapeptide-1, each one printed by name.
- Biotin, amino acids and trehalose in the powder — the supporting layer of the first vial, named rather than folded into a generic blend.
- A separate active solution — 6 ml built on sodium hyaluronate with peptide, collagen and glycerin, the liquid that carries the powder into the scalp once the two are combined.
What arrives in the box
One carton, two vials, and a shelf life of two years while unopened.
- Vial 1 — 120 mg of lyophilized exosome powder — sealed under a foil cap, and inert until you add the solution to it.
- Vial 2 — 6 ml of active solution — the liquid partner that is poured into the powder at the start of a session.
How it is used
- Combine the vials first, then begin — pour the 6 ml solution into the 120 mg powder and let the two become a single liquid before you start.
- Use it in the same session — once activated, the product is used immediately and not stored, so a set is mixed for the session in front of you rather than kept over.
- Microneedling — the powder-and-solution format is written for delivery with a needling device, and that is the route the pen on this page completes.
- Work the scalp and the hairline — the two areas the format is aimed at, so one activated set is spent across the scalp rather than placed in a single spot.
Frequently asked questions
Why is it a powder and a separate solution rather than one ready-made liquid?
A powder holds its contents inert for far longer than a liquid does, and that is where the two-year shelf life unopened comes from. The trade is that the set is mixed at the start of a session, which is one extra step before the treatment rather than a shortcut.
How long does the mixture stay usable once the two vials are combined?
The pack is direct on this: once the active solution has been added, the product is used immediately and not stored. That makes a set a single-session product, and it is the reason quantity is bought by carton rather than decanted and kept.
Is it used with a microneedling pen?
Yes. The pack names microneedling (MTS) as a delivery route, and the two-vial format is written for a needling session across the scalp rather than for pouring over the hair. The pen paired with this page is the device that completes that route.
What can it realistically do for thinning hair?
Exosome work of this kind is aimed at the hair that is still on the scalp, where the goal is density and quality on hair that is thinning. It is not a way of bringing back hair that has already gone, which is why early thinning responds to it far better than an area that has already lost its hair.
Does it need to be kept up?
What buyers describe is a change that builds across a course rather than arriving from one session, and a return to the starting point if the routine stops. The right interval for a particular scalp is a question for a qualified practitioner.
