Sterile 4D Hyaluronic Acid Serum - Brightening & Anti-Wrinkle
Pure sterile hyaluronic acid serum, sealed into single-use ampoules. It is made for microneedling sessions with an at-home pen, and it works on its own as an everyday hydrating serum.
Why 4D HYALURONIC ACID
A box holds ten sealed ampoules of clear liquid serum. There is no powder and no second solution to add, so nothing has to be mixed or activated before the first use. Ampoules are opened one at a time and each one is used once, which leaves the rest of the box sealed until it is needed.
The serum is formulated for dry and sensitive skin and is applied over the surface of the face.
How it is used
On its own it is a hydrating step. With a pen, it is the liquid that goes on at the microneedling step.
- Start from clean, dry skin — cleanse first, then let the face dry fully before opening the ampoule.
- Open one ampoule by its own head and apply it over the treatment area, spreading it evenly rather than letting it pool in one place.
- Run the pen over the serum-covered area, so the liquid and the pass cross the same section together.
- Press in whatever is left with clean fingertips instead of wiping it away.
- Leave it on — there is nothing to rinse off, and the rest of the routine can follow straight away.
Frequently asked questions
How is each ampoule opened?
Each ampoule is one sealed piece with its own opening head. The head is twisted or snapped off in a single movement and the serum is dispensed straight from the ampoule, so no syringe and no separate applicator is needed. Once it is open, the ampoule is finished — it is not resealed.
Why ten small ampoules instead of one bottle?
A sealed ampoule is opened once and used once, so each application starts from its own closed unit rather than from a container that has already been opened repeatedly. A bottle is opened every time it is used, and the ampoule format removes that repeated opening step altogether. The ten-ampoule pack also means the rest of the box stays sealed until you reach it.
Which step does the serum belong to when I use a microneedling pen?
It sits at the microneedling step itself. The serum is applied to the treatment area first and the pen is then passed over that same area, and the liquid stays on the skin afterwards rather than being removed. On a day with no pen, the same ampoule is simply applied to clean skin as a hydrating step.
Should it be rinsed off after a microneedling session?
No — there is no rinse step. The serum is left on the skin, and anything still sitting on the surface can be pressed in with clean fingertips. A moisturiser can go over it if that is part of your usual routine.
Does it need to be kept cold?
No. Sealed ampoules are kept at room temperature until they are used, and freezing is not part of the pack instructions. An ampoule that has been opened is not put back for later — it is used once and discarded.
Do I cleanse first, and does the skin need to be completely dry?
Cleanse first and let the skin dry fully. A damp surface changes how evenly the serum spreads, so serum applied over it does not sit where it was meant to. Open the ampoule only when the skin is ready, so the application is not spent on a surface that has not been prepared.
