Auro PCL Double Needle Thread
Auro PCL Double Needle Thread is a bidirectional suture device in which two needles are attached to opposite ends of a single thread. This configuration allows the practitioner to insert both needles from a central entry point, creating a symmetrical, self-anchoring lift vector without the need for external fixation points. The 360° barb distribution along the thread body generates simultaneous forward and backward locking forces, enabling precise tissue repositioning across multiple anatomical planes.
Available Thread Types
◆ Cog 4D
Four-dimensional cog architecture with multi-planar barb distribution. Available with W Cannula (20G/130mm), Sharp Needle (20G/100mm), L Cannula (19G/125mm), and New Sharp Needle (20G/140mm). Optimized for complex lifting cases requiring multi-vector tissue engagement across the forehead, eyebrow, jawline, and chin.
◆ Cones Cog
Cone-shaped cog projections provide enhanced tissue anchoring and a broader grip surface compared to standard flat cogs. Available with W Cannula (20G/130mm) and L Cannula (19G/125mm). Indicated for mid-face lifting, mandibular border definition, and neck rejuvenation.
◆ Molding Thread
Three-dimensional molded geometry enables simultaneous lift and volumetric tissue redistribution. Available with W Cannula (20G/130mm) and L Cannula (19G/125mm). Suited for cases requiring both structural elevation and contour reshaping in a single procedure.
Clinical Applications
◆ Forehead & Brow
Forehead line reduction, brow repositioning, and lateral brow elevation
◆ Jawline & Chin
Jawline definition, jowl correction, chin projection, and mandibular border refinement
◆ Neck
Neck tightening and submandibular contouring
